Stronger ventilation needed to address occasional toilet odors!!! Improvements required for maintenance and repairs in guest facilities!!! Adding more monitors in common areas for informational purposes wouldn't hurt!!!

The room was stunning but had a sewage smell from the sink.

I just loved the complimentary ice candy by the pool and the excellent room service that exceeded my expectations. The food came just as promised, fast and delicious! I'd definitely choose this spot again!

The highlights of our stay were definitely the spacious family suite and the stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The kids loved the pool area, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policies, making it easy to vacation with our furry friends. The staff was exceptionally accommodating.

In my wife’s opinion, the dining options were lacking for families with children, as we struggled to find a kid-friendly restaurant without smokers around.

I loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoyed some tasty drinks at the bar during our stay. The view of the Burj Khalifa from our Deluxe Twin Room was absolutely stunning. The lighting could have been a bit brighter, but that didn't change how much we loved our visit! 🌟

Had an amazing experience during our two-night getaway! The staff went above and beyond, especially Mr Sujit from housekeeping, who made our stay so comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk to Dubai Mall. Don't miss the breakfast. it’s a great start to the day!

Outstanding Service and Location!

I had an incredible stay in a Deluxe King Room with a stunning view of the city. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, especially Tariq and Kim at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-out request. The icing on the cake was the room decoration for my wife's birthday, featuring delightful cake and cupcakes. However, the housekeeping could use some improvements in cleanliness.

The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short walk to Dubai Mall! 🏙️ However, the room could definitely use some renovations. Overall, a decent stay but not quite what I expected.

Our stay was a dream! The location was super central, just a stone's throw from everything. The pool area was a snippet of paradise—perfectly quiet and relaxing. Plus, the fitness center was well-equipped, and we enjoyed a nightcap at the rooftop bar, taking in stunning views. This hotel suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. I still remember how the staff helped me print important documents during my first stay. I’ll be back for a weekend!

The location is perfect, just a few short steps to Dubai Mall and the fountains. The room I stayed in had a minibar, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Breakfast was fabulous with a cozy vibe and loads of options. I enjoyed the relaxing outdoor swimming pool with available sun loungers and the well-equipped fitness center.

The deluxe room offered a wonderful view of the city skyline. The pool area was spacious and provided a nice escape from the conference hustle. I appreciated the ease of access to nearby attractions.
